School Admissions

We recommend that you contact us to arrange a visit to come and see us and gain a feel of our school before you submit an application. Contacting the school and speaking to the teachers is a great way of knowing if you are making the right choice for you and your child.

Remember that even if you have visited or spoken to us as a school and we have said there are places available, until you have made an application and had confirmation from Pembrokeshire County Council that your child has been accepted, they cannot start school.

At the age of 4 years old your child is eligible to attend primary school full time. You do not have to send your children to school until they are 5 years old but many parents find this early start beneficial.

At the age of 11 your child will move to Secondary school. There is no automatic transfer from a primary to a secondary school. When your child is in the last year of primary school, you will receive a notification during the Autumn term with information on all Secondary schools in the county and how to apply.
